For Italpaghe, an intervention was carried out within the scope of administrative processes and payroll management, with the goal of making daily operations more efficient and improving the management of information related to personnel activities.
The project involved the evolution of a dedicated software system, designed to:
- Support repetitive activities;
- Reduce the complexity of administrative flows;
- Increase the level of automation available to operators.
A qualifying element of the work was the introduction of artificial intelligence-based features, useful for simplifying information analysis, speeding up certain operational activities, and offering more intelligent support in data consultation and management.
The result was a more modern and functional system, aligned with the real needs of users, capable of improving productivity and reducing the margin of error in administrative activities.
